More Comments About the Building

"The tallest residential tower on the UES.(55 flrs) Elegant marble lobby with polished brass in Trump style. Well maintained. Friendly, yet professional staff. Nice gym recently updated with top equipment. Excellent garage, but very expensive. Outdoor garden courtyard open to public during the day. great 24 hr. security. Board consists of captains of industry and uber-wealthy business professionals. They run a very tight ship. Very fiscally responsible. 1 block to #6 train, on the corner of cross town M66 bus at 68th st. Every amenity in ultra-prime East 60's neighborhood. Best restaurants, boutiques and cinemas."
"Luxury Doorman Full Service Bldg, gym, balconies."
"As the name would imply this handsome tower was built by Donald Trump in 1991 and designed by Costas Kondylis, a top architect, who changed New York?s landscape in the 80?s and 90?s. At 55 Stories, it is one of the tallest residential buildings on the Upper East Side. Its amber- peach colored brick is soft and inviting and reflects a warm aura. The face of the structure is a lively pattern of windows and balconies and is slightly Art Deco in feel. The top of the building casts an inviting glow at night making Trump Palace a recognizable beacon on the Upper East Side. Situated on half a city block on the East aside of Third between 68th and 69th Streets, the building has a garage as well as a lovely garden off 68th street adjacent to the charming town house section of the building. The building was originally composed of 283 units, but there have been many combinations. Its upper floor large residences offer sensational and mostly protected views of Central Park, the rolling NJ Mountains, southward iconic midtown views and northeast?all the major up town bridges and Long Island sound. 20th Floor and above brings the larger units into play many with large set back terraces. Floors 10 through 19 feature just 3 units per floor and introduce the larger 2 and 3 bedroom units. Floors 10, 11, and 12 plus 14-19 have five units per floor. Studios and one bedroom units make up the majority of mix to the 10th Floor. One third of the building?s units are located in two attached structures; the Townhouse with its own entrance on 68th Street and East Wing. Due to the complex nature of its design, the building has an amazing amount of private outdoor space through out the building. 24/7 doormen and concierge, 5 Star white glove services, top notch security; as well as the on site garage, gym, laundry room, of course, pets are allowed ? with a weight limit of 50 lbs. No pets for sub tenants and private deck make 200 East 69th Street truly a Palace."
"Fantastic staff; very helpful and friendly. Full service condo with garage and H.C. Fair and quick to respond Very central location within walking distance to Central Park Midtown as well as fine dining and many cultural venues."
"One of the tallest buildings on the UES, with a very grand marble lobby, white glove service, and impeccably maintained. Extremely prime Upper East Side location, and within walking distance to many premier grocery stores, shops, and transportation."
"I think you need to change the name of the building. If you still want it to be associated with Donald Trump, consider something like “Swindler’s Cove.” But if I were you, I would disassociate the building from Donald Trump as fast as possible. I wouldn’t move into any building, no matter how beautiful, that’s associated with Trump. He may have built the building, but he doesn’t actually own it, as the units inside have all been sold for years."
